It's also a quick read so you can get a lot out of it in a short amount of period. I just moved into a new analytics-centric role and I will be able to utilize a lot of the suggestions in this book.

This is not a learning book in the step-by-step sense. Instead, it has very short chapters that provide a solid overview of various capabilities in R. You will learn enough to do the basics within the areas covered in the book, but complex stuff will probably require more research or a different book.
