I received this cookbook yesterday on the day of its release. I suffer from gluten sensitivity and IBD which cause me to follow a gluten free low fodmap diet. Though this book isn't low fodmap, after looking through the book, I can still either omit an item or alter the recipes that aren't naturally low fodmap without compromising those specific recipes. I love that the book has a pretty beefy dessert section. I also like that the first section goes into details such as settings/care/tips about the Instant Pot to help the reader (especially if you gift this to someone who's a newbie). Each section is broken down easily, offers a multitude of recipes in each category, has pictures of the recipes scattered throughout the book, and the author offers a bit of insight, tips/helpful glibs, and/or alternate ingredients for each recipe (see pic). This is my first Instant Pot cookbook in my arsenal (typically I find recipes online or social media) and so far, would recommend this cookbook! Will update my review when I have a few recipes tested.
I bought this as a gift for a family member that is GF. She said there were a lot of good looking recipes, so hopefully they come out as good as they look!

This is a great cookbook full of recipes and gorgeous pictures that will make your mouth water. The recipes are easy to make and so much better for you than processed/take-out food. In addition to the recipes, the author includes useful information about Instant Pot pressure cookers. (I received the book from the publisher, but this is my personal opinion.)
I have been a fan of Michelle and her cookbooks since the beginning. While I do not have a gluten intolerance issue, I love to cook (and eat) so I'm always looking for different ways to prepare the same food. This cookbook, just like the others is adventurous but approachable. My Instantpot rarely leaves my counter so I am always looking for something new and different to cook. This cookbook is a welcomed addition to my cookbook family.
This book provides easy to use and understand recipes. It also provides exciting and usual recipes. It is an unusually fun cookbook to use.
Bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas since she is gluten free. So many great recipes!
